In Hollywood, it’s hard for new voices to get an opportunity.
So, we took a marketing budget and gave it to 10 new diverse filmmakers to make films about work.
These films end up getting these new filmmakers big hollywood jobs. The filmmakers then pass along the opportunity through their network to create even more jobs.
We’re now on Season four. Fourty filmmakers. Dozens of crew members. That’s a lot of jobs.
